I have heard horror stories about people trying to quit smoking but couldn’t. Nicotine is an addictive substance that is why you should never try to start smoking. But what would you do if you have already started smoking, realized the dangers it could pose to your health, and want to quit? For unlike the real thing, electric cigarettes don’t give out the harmful carbon monoxide smoke that could damage the smoker’s lungs and those around him too. It gives out a small vaporlike smoke that has no carbon monoxide in it so it can be safely inhaled by the smoker simulating the smoke inhaled in a real cigarette but giving out no harm.

Quitting smoking cold turkey is a hard thing to do that’s why many smokers don’t quit at all. Having an E Cig Starter Kits as helpful aids would make the quitting easier for smokers.

I have been thinking about our home ever since I came across this website about Manufactured Homes Indiana. They are a manufacturer and builder of mobile homes in Indiana. I have seen their house designs and it’s just amazing. You wouldn’t guess that it’s a mobile home. If I hear the word mobile I would imagine a home that has wheels and is small so I was quite surprised that some of these mobile homes are even bigger than our house.

Mobile homes are prefabricated homes. This means these homes were built on mobile homes factories. The mobile home is then transported by tractor trailers to the site where it would be erected. Usually, these homes are placed in a location and left there but if the owner decides to have it moved then he can still do so. The base of these mobile homes look like any ordinary house that was constructed there but there was just some cosmetic work fitted at the base to hide it.

The Mobile Homes Indiana like the other mobile homes all over the country have two major sizes: single wides and double wides. The single wides are 18 feet or less in width and about 90 feet in length. Double wides, on the other hand, are 20 feet or more in width and about the same in length. Single wides are towed to the side as a single unit and the double wides are towed in two separate units and then joined together at the site. Some mobile homes are even larger with other homes with three, four, five, or even more units. Single wide owners can also trade up their homes and order another one or two unit if they prefer.

Maybe we can build a home just like the Mobile Homes in Indiana. It’s a cheaper option compared to the normal homes and I’m sure we can make it as cozy and comfy like a real home.

While there are no rules on the amount of time a parent can expect his child to do homework, there are general guidelines about what household chores, a child’s age and maturity, and how long each chore should be accepted based control.

However, well-meaning parents still find that they are frustrated when their child takes too much time to do relatively simple tasks. There could be any number of reasons why the child could take so much time to complete his tasks but the main reason maybe simply his inability to manage his chores without some guidance from the parents.

For parents who struggle with their children to complete tasks in a time frame consider the following strategies:

- Give clear deadlines for completing homework. The rule should be for the children to complete the task over the weekend – from Friday to Sunday. This method allows them to have time management skills in planning their tasks together with other plans that may develop over the weekend.

- Measure the time a particular chore takes your child. A young child may take more time to complete a chore than adults. Measure how long it takes your child to complete a chore in three different events then get the average – that is the time the child can realistically complete a certain chore.

- Set up an alarm. The advantage of using a clock with an alarm is that the parents can remind their children that it is time to do a certain activity, task, or homework. Watches are especially helpful in the implementation of time-critical tasks or those which tend easily slip the minds of children.

As parents we should offer many opportunities to be successful, while helping our children learn and master life skills. By providing clear expectations, giving them adequate training, and then monitoring their work you will be able to give your child a solid foundation to learn and master a chore and learn some important life skills in the process.

Longing For a Vacation

We’re so excited to see our baby but we won’t be able to see her/him until December. I know when the baby comes out we would have our hands full changing diapers and taking turns taking care of the baby. That’s why I hope in the meantime we can go on a vacation. A Branson vacation maybe too far for us for now but maybe a trip to a nearby beach or resort would do. My wife and I certainly need some R and R and even little Z needs some vacation from school. Pretty soon, when our new baby comes out we won’t have time to do anything again say for the next 5 years. LOL!

I have been assigned by our HR manager to do some interviews for job applicants in our complany. I work in a call center but the applicants in our company are 80% nursing graduates. A few years back there nursing became a trend because the countries abroad have been hiring so many nurses but after a few years there are now so many nursing graduates and our hospitals can’t keep up in hiring all of them anymore. So the nursing graduates had no choice but look for employment elsewhere.

Sometimes I feel bad for them because they studied hard for four years only to graduate and get no job related to their industry. Anyway, I heard there are a lot of openings for healthcare it jobs. If they ask my advice I would tell them to go study IT which is more in demand these days. That coupled with their nursing degree would surely land them a job in no time.

My son and I both love playing games in our PSP. I initially bought it for myself but it didn’t take long for my son to pick up playing. Pretty soon his little fingers became so adept at managing the controls that I had to give him games of his own. So far his favorites are racing games and games that involve cartoons like Spongebob, Toy Story 3, etc.

Recently, my mom came home and I thought it was a good time to ask her to buy me a PS3 since it’s more cheaper in Japan than if you buy it locally. Unfortunately, she forgot to buy it but she did promise that this December it’s going to be here. I’m so excited and I know my son would love it too. We’ll spend some quality time playing games together with our new PS3.
