Mall-’ing
Yes, mall is a verb from where I live as people love to go Mall-’ing. Every free time that people have here, the first and most convenient option is always to get to the nearest big mall, with cool air conditioning and where everything you need is easily accessible. You can eat almost anything and buy everything from toy guns to real guns, get a bandage or a medical cart, get the latest books and ofcourse the latest technology gadgets. Gone are the days when people went to parks for physical activities.
Sadly, my family has also been victimized by this mall-’ing mentality for quite some time now, thankfully we now have established alternative physical activities and we now prefer going to our community’s covered court for our daily basketball and walking exercise, and we also now prefer going to parks instead of malls. Hope we can steer clear of unhealthy habits for long so we can be fit and productive.

Loans for People with Bad Credit
When you have a low credit score and need to borrow money from a bank you will have to show proof of your employment. Not only will you need to show proof of employment but your work history must not have any unexplainable gaps. This is important because the bank will determine how much money to lend you based on how serious you appear to take working. Your work history will be weighed against why you did not pay your bills on time from your credit history. If for whatever reason your credit history is not acceptable, then the next best thing for you to do is to accept a bad credit personal loan.
A bad credit personal loan will come with a much higher interest rate on the repayment, but if you are truly in need of money, this will be your only hope in getting some funds for your emergency needs. If repaying a loan with high interest is not within your budget, then the other option is to get someone to co-sign on the bad credit personal loan. Having a co-signer on your bad credit personal loan could help lower the interest rate so that the payments are lower. The only problem is that you have to make sure your co-signer has a good credit history, and that they are willing to repay the loan if you default on the loan.
This is often the reason many people will not co-sign a loan for someone who has a bad credit history because they are not willing to be held responsible for the loan. Nevertheless, if you can get a co-signer it will help
in rebuilding your credit history. Though a bad credit personal loan is not something anyone wants to do it is better than being turned down for the loan. It can also be your first step to rebuilding your credit history slowly but surely.

Bluetooth Speakers
When we bought our iPad, we have been thinking of getting a good sound system for our home. At first we were thinking of getting one of the many iPad dock stations that have good speakers, we also checked out various home entertainment systems like the lg home theatre system, a Sony 5.1 surround speaker set and a Toshiba branded home entertainment package. But what really captured our interest are the blue tooth speakers. You can walk around the house and wirelessly play music, that’s pretty convenient! Too bad the models being sold were a bit too small for my taste. We ended up not buying anything – as we were undecided. In the future however, we will probably go for speakers with bluetooth capabilities.

Zack’s hand-me-down guitar
Being a Dad truly is a privilege. I get to see my sons grow up right before my eyes – and I get to take part in it by helping them and ensuring they have what they need.
Just a few years ago Zyke was playing with a toy guitar, now he is practicing on a real classical guitar. And now that same old plastic toy guitar is keeping his younger brother Zack busy. Although almost all the parts and stickers are out of order – our youngest absolutely love the guitar and enjoys jamming with his favorite songs especially “Today is the Day”. At barely over a year old, our youngest is very enthusiastic about music, and ofcourse his favorite instrument is the guitar – I guess it runs in our family.

Time sure flies, soon my sons will probably be asking for more expensive and vain things like branded jeans, gold chains, and gadgets. So I better get back to working harder

Back to Home Recording
After a long hiatus, I have finally gotten some free time to get back into home recording. I was playing around with my effects pedal when I suddenly had the urge to make a demo of the artist copy patches I made.
I took on the challenge of creating Eric Johnson patches for the POD HD400, and I was somehow satisfied. Some will still argue that my rendition was not completely accurate but the important thing is I liked it. I then jammed on an EJ track called East Wes using tones that I based off EJ’s setup.
After recording it and listening through my humble speaker system, I found it appeasing, but what’s wierd is if I listen in using my headphone, it does seem a bit trebly. Maybe it is due to my cheap headphones, which reminds me to get decent models of headphones like numark headphones for better headphone monitoring.

Hunt for a Guitar Case
My 1983 Fender Sratocaster JV is in need of a new home. The current gig bag that I use is many years old already and is almost about to give out, which is why I have been actively looking for a good gig bag or guitar case that be an exact fit for my guitar. I’ve already checked out the generic cases that are available and sadly they are not as fitting as I would hope so I am hoping some guy out there could sell me a case that is specifically made for Fender Strats.
