Flood!

Our city was recently hit by major flooding, and since our house has a relatively lower flooring compared to the road we were also affected. Our house is lower because it is old, it was once higher than the roads, but since the roads were lifted, our house was left out. Here is a picture of how our living room looked like with water.

Flooding is one of the main reasons why we can’t wait to have the house fixed, and we’ve already made our plans to start it after the holidays within January. Our long term goal however is to get a nice property in the province, not as glamorous as an Ocean isle real estate but after visiting Bohol, we are seriously considering getting a property there and live there with our family.
