Chewee and his Meds

Recently our beloved dog – Chewee – was diagnosed to have UTI and infected by hook worms. The Vet gave us a list of medication for him and we are having a really hard time making him swallow the tablets. If you have any tips on how to make a dog take meds, please post here.
